Job Description

Assistant Director of Nursing Full Time Southridge Rehab & Living Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Assist the Director of Nursing with the daily operations of the nursing department
Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff
Monitor resident care and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
Assist with staff supervision, scheduling, education, and performance management
Participate in care planning and quality assurance activities
Support the development and implementation of effective nursing practices
Respond to resident and family concerns and promote positive relationships Qualified applicant will be organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must hold current RN/LPN license in the State of Maine with a minimum two years management/leadership experience. Long term and Acute/Rehab experience is preferred.
