Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in healthcare management, with a focus on nursing leadership within skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings. Skills Proven expertise in strategic planning and organizational budget management within healthcare settings. Extensive knowledge of state-specific education laws applicable to healthcare professionals. Strong management skills with experience in school administrative or educational leadership roles preferred. Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering teamwork and professional growth. Expertise in healthcare administration with a focus on clinical operations and personnel management. Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams toward excellence in patient care. Experience in teaching or instructional leadership within medical or healthcare education environments is advantageous.
