Support the implementation of clinical initiatives that improve patient outcomes and enhance service delivery. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans, streamline workflows, and promote best practices in healthcare delivery. Qualifications Proven management experience within a healthcare setting, with a strong background in nursing leadership or administration. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, organizational budget management, and personnel management in education or healthcare environments. Knowledge of state-specific education laws relevant to healthcare training programs is highly desirable. Experience in academic or instructional leadership within a hospital or educational institution is preferred. Strong skills in team management, staff supervision, and organizational leadership to motivate diverse teams effectively. Background in education administration or university experience related to healthcare programs is advantageous.
