White Oak of Burlington is a 160-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located on a beautiful campus at 323 Baldwin Road, Burlington, NC 27217 . About the Role The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall leadership and operation of the nursing department, ensuring high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with facility policies, professional nursing standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. The DON will provide leadership to the nursing team and work collaboratively with residents, families, physicians, staff, referral sources, vendors, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Qualifications:
