Job Description

Carnegie Post Acute Skilled Nursing at Princeton seeks an RN Assistant Director of Nursing to support the DON in leading clinical care in our skilled nursing and post acute facility. This role oversees day to day nursing operations, mentors and develops staff, and promotes resident centered, compassionate care. The RN ADON helps coordinate interdisciplinary care plans, monitors quality and infection control initiatives, and ensures regulatory compliance. You will collaborate closely with nurses, therapists, and physicians while guiding clinical practice, supporting continuous improvement, and enhancing resident outcomes in long term and post acute care.
