Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Full Time Parker Jewish Institute is seeking a full time Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team of professionals in the Nursing department. Vacation, Holiday and Sick Time Position Qualifications:

New York State RN license Degree in Nursing or a related field; BSN a plus 3+ years of experience as an RN in a medical/surgical, rehab or long-term care environment Prior Supervisory or Management experience strongly preferred Demonstrated leadership ability; ability to lead teams and empower staff Communicates effectively with others; is cooperative and helpful
