Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing to join our healthcare leadership team. Duties Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance nursing operations and patient care quality. Oversee staffing schedules, personnel management, and staff supervision to ensure optimal team performance. Manage departmental budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure resource allocation aligns with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with state-specific education laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards. Provide instructional leadership by mentoring nursing staff, fostering professional development, and promoting best practices. Collaborate with hospital or facility administration to coordinate interdisciplinary efforts and improve organizational workflows. Lead initiatives in quality assurance, patient safety, and continuous improvement to uphold high standards of care. Requirements Valid
RN LICENSURE REQUIRED, LPN LICENSE WITH EXPERIENCE WILL ALSO BE CONSIDERED
Valid state nursing license with current registration; additional certifications in healthcare management are advantageous. Proven experience in school or healthcare administration, including management roles within educational or clinical settings. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational budget management. Strong knowledge of state-specific education laws applicable to healthcare training programs or school-based health services. Extensive experience in staff supervision, personnel management in education or healthcare environments, and team leadership. Background in instructional leadership within educational or clinical contexts, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Pay:
$72,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
