Qualifications:

✔ Valid Ohio or Compact State Nursing License ✔ 2+ years of long-term care floor nursing experience ✔ Management/Supervisory experience preferred (or a desire to step into leadership) ✔ Positive attitude that fosters teamwork and cohesiveness ✔ Passion for providing quality care to seniors
