Overview Are you an experienced RN leader who is ready to make a real difference and impact the culture of your building? We're looking for a Director of Nursing (DON) who is passionate about clinical excellence, staff development, resident outcomes and building a strong nursing culture. What we're looking for: Active RN license in Oklahoma Long term care/SNF leadership experience preferred Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills Ability to recruit, develop, coach and retain nursing staff Commitment to regulatory compliance and quality outcomes Someone who leads from example A leader who believes accountability and support go hand in hand What we offer:
