This position oversees clinical programs, care planning, quality assurance initiatives, staff development, infection prevention practices, and regulatory compliance while partnering with community leadership to ensure the highest standards of resident care. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership Direct and oversee all nursing services and clinical operations. Ensure quality care is delivered in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Lead resident assessments, care planning, service coordination, and clinical documentation. Monitor resident health status and respond appropriately to changes in condition. Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, residents, and families to promote positive outcomes. Quality & Compliance Maintain survey readiness and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives. Support infection prevention, medication management, and clinical risk reduction programs. Review and update clinical policies, procedures, and best practices. Team Leadership Recruit, develop, coach, and supervise nursing staff. Manage staffing levels and schedules to meet resident care needs. Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development. Provide ongoing education, mentoring, and clinical guidance. Operations & Collaboration Partner with department leaders to coordinate resident services and care delivery. Assist with budgeting, resource planning, and equipment recommendations. Promote effective communication among interdisciplinary team members. Support admissions, transitions of care, and resident retention initiatives. Qualifications Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, skilled nursing, or a related healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical operations, and quality improvement practices. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Proficiency with electronic health records and standard computer applications. Working Conditions Exposure to healthcare environments, including infectious diseases and medical materials. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Participation in on-call rotation, occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as required. Why Join Us?
