About the Role As the Director of Nursing, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents. You'll lead our nursing team with professionalism, compassion, and expertise, while also managing day-to-day operations to maintain a smooth and efficient care environment. With at least 1 year of experience under your belt, you'll bring your skills and knowledge to help us continue our mission of providing a warm and welcoming home for our residents. Key Responsibilities In this role, you'll be responsible for: Leading and managing the nursing staff to ensure exceptional care delivery. Developing and implementing care plans tailored to residents' individual needs. Overseeing compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Collaborating with other departments to maintain a holistic approach to resident care. Training, mentoring, and evaluating nursing team members to foster professional growth. Monitoring and managing budgets related to nursing operations. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this position, you'll need: A valid nursing license and at least 1 year of professional nursing experience. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in senior living environments.
