Lead organizational efforts in quality assurance, patient safety initiatives, and accreditation processes to uphold excellence in care delivery. Collaborate with executive leadership to shape organizational strategies, promote innovation, and enhance service offerings. Foster a positive work environment through effective team management, instructional leadership in education, and ongoing staff development initiatives. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to healthcare education standards and state-specific licensing laws for nursing professionals. Skills Proven expertise in strategic planning, organizational management, and budget oversight within healthcare or educational settings. Strong management skills with 3+ years' experience supervising multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments. Deep understanding of state-specific education laws applicable to healthcare training programs. Extensive knowledge and experience in skilled nursing facilities. Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public. Demonstrated leadership in academic or clinical instruction, with a focus on continuous improvement, staff mentorship and strong teamwork. Excellent organization and communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments and with external regulatory bodies. Ability to develop innovative solutions that enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Experience in personnel management within educational or healthcare organizations, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
