That's why we're looking for an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our Long-Term Care (LTC) branch with excellence. In this leadership role, you'll partner with the Area Director of Clinical Operations (ADCO) to oversee clinical staff, guide patient care services, and foster an environment where both patients and clinicians thrive. This is more than a management role — it's an opportunity to shape the culture of care, drive outstanding patient outcomes, and make a lasting impact on the families we serve. What You'll Do As the Director of Nursing, you'll: Lead and inspire clinical teams — from hiring and onboarding to coaching, evaluation, and professional growth. Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and adherence to agency policies. Coordinate patient care plans, referrals, interdisciplinary services, and case conferences for high-quality outcomes. Champion quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) programs to continuously raise the standard of care. Investigate and resolve incidents, concerns, and patient care challenges with compassion and professionalism. Partner with the ADCO to establish efficient staffing patterns, optimize resources, and achieve both clinical and financial goals. Serve as a resource for patients, families, caregivers, and referral partners while promoting collaboration and communication across the care team. Ensure all staff stay current with best practices, professional boundaries, infection control, and compliance standards. Step in as needed to provide direct nursing functions during staff shortages.

What We're Looking For Licensure:

Active, unencumbered RN license in the state(s) of practice.

Education:

Undergraduate degree preferred.

Experience:

3+ years of home health nursing (preferred) 2+ years of healthcare supervisory experience, with at least 1 year in home care or a related field (preferred) Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with federal/state regulations and compliance for home health/LTC services. Tech-savvy with excellent communication skills and adaptability.
