Job Objectives:

The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Nursing Department in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the administrator, to assure the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times

Qualifications:

Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing, and currently licensed as an RN in the State of Wisconsin. Experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long term care facility or other related health care facility; training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices is beneficial. Understanding of what it takes to direct and supervise the care of the aged and chronically ill. Read, write, and speak the English language fluently and communicate orally and/or in writing with residents, co-workers, families and public.
