This opening is for a full-time, direct-hire leadership opportunity for a seasoned therapy professional with proven experience in managing rehabilitation operations in a Senior Living Community setting. Important:
This position is open only to licensed therapy professionals who already have experience as a Director of Rehab in a Senior Living Community setting. We are not seeking clinicians (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP) who are looking to transition into their first management role.

You will lead PT, OT, and SLP services, ensuring clinical excellence, efficient operations, and a supportive environment for both patients and staff.
