Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner (PT, OT, or SLP License Required ) Build something of your own without having to build it alone. As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner, you'll help shape a new clinic from the ground up—from the community and location to the team, culture, and patient experience. You'll bring the clinical vision and local relationships. Ivy Health will bring the infrastructure, expertise, and support needed to turn that vision into a sustainable clinic.

We go where the clinician and their relationships are. We are open to exploring locations that work for you and your local community! We want our partners to be an integral part of determining the clinic's location.

Please note:

this clinic does not exist yet and would be considered a start-up clinic. How Ivy supports the build Salary and benefits during the approved pre-opening period. De novo business and leadership training. Site selection, lease, design, and build-out support. Recruiting and onboarding support for the clinic team. Marketing, referral development, and community-launch support. Operational, financial, technology, payer, and revenue-cycle infrastructure. Coaching from leaders and partners who've opened clinics before. What you'll lead Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic. Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience. Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team. Build relationships with referral partners and the community. Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth. Compensation Range:

$84,513.00 - $126,770.00 per year. This position is also eligible for: bonus / equity / student loan repayment / relocation assistance.
