Requires a B.S. or B.A. degree in rehabilitation, human services, psychology, or related field Responsible for the direct and daily supervision of all Service Coordination staff as assigned. Good communication skills, both oral and written. Must be able to write individual program and behavioral objectives. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job as identified in the job analysis. Must believe in the value of and demonstrate the principle of habilitation/rehabilitation Demonstrate belief in the mission of the agency Review documentation as necessary. Assist Program Director in completing performance reviews of assigned staff. Valid driver's license required.
