Job Description

Director of Rehabilitation (PT/OT) - Chelmsford, MA $100,000-$112,000 per year We're seeking a licensed PT or OT to oversee rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing environment. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead a therapy team, manage department operations, and promote high-quality resident care. Oversee daily rehab services and team workflow Support staff development and clinical performance Partner with interdisciplinary teams on resident care Maintain quality and compliance standards Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k), PTO, and holiday pay CEU and professional development support Active PT or OT license required Skilled nursing experience preferred Leadership experience preferred
