REHAB DIRECTOR

(Physical Therapist, PTA or Occupational Therapist) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department located in Mashpee, MA . One year clinical experience needed. Royal Cotuit is a moderately sized skilled rehab and nursing center offering short term, long term and hospice care services to our local and surrounding communities. It is located central Cape Cod with easy access to major highways to Plymouth, Boston, Worcester, and Rhode Island. This area offers plenty of outdoor activity opportunities as well as rich, seaside historical venues to explore. Qualifications :

A successful Rehab Director will: Ensure efficient and effective operations Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor Provide speech therapy services as needed. Be a licensed speech therapist or license eligible in the state where employed. Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.
