Director of Rehabilitation Services Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced professional to serve as our Director of Rehabilitation Services at Mount Airy Nursing and Rehab, one of the nation's largest providers of post-acute care. As a valued member of our team, you will lead our rehabilitation services, overseeing the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards Lead a team of rehabilitation professionals, including occupational, physical, and speech therapists, to deliver individualized treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a continuum of care for our residents Analyze and report on rehabilitation data, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize program effectiveness Participate in quality improvement initiatives and conduct staff training and education programs to promote excellence in patient care Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident About the
