Job Description

Coordinate consistent adherence to patient care policies and procedures that are carried out by all staff within the Skilled and Acute Therapy service line. Oversee and directly coordinate all daily functions of
PT/OT/ST
to assure achievement of identified quality metrics in addition to patient, employee, and medical staff satisfaction within the Skilled and Acute Therapy service line. Oversee materials coordination and procurement for
PT/OT/ST
consistent with policies of KMHC and Munson Healthcare within the Skilled and Acute Therapy service line. Direct coordination and oversight of employee development and performance improvement throughout the Skilled and Acute Therapy service line including
PT/OT/ST
staff. Financial coordination of Skilled and Acute Therapy service line and for adherences to and achievement of the division capital and operating budget targets. Ensure that
PT/OT/ST
are in compliance with all regulations and to coordinate ongoing surveyor audits within the Skilled and Acute Therapy service line. Assist Divisional Director in developing business plans to investigate new and/or expansion of
PT/OT/ST
within the Skilled and Acute Therapy service line. Graduation from an approved Physical Therapy/Physical Therapist Assistant/Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapy Assistant/Speech Language Pathology Program. Current Michigan License to practice Physical Therapy/ Occupational Therapy/ Speech Therapy or immediate eligibility for temporary licensure. Minimum of 2 years previous clinical experience required.
