Job Description

Job Title:

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Requirements:

RN license required. 2+ years of experience as a nursing manager in a skilled nursing facility with positive survey history. Demonstrated skills in clinical systems management.

Responsibilities:

Assists the DON in the supervision of nursing care provided by nursing staff and others for whom they are administratively or professionally responsible Interview, make recommendations, and train associates. Plans, assigns, directs, and monitors work. Responsible for assigned clinical programs and systems which may include but are not limited to wound care, weight management, fall prevention, continence management, infection prevention, pain management, and restorative programs.
