What You'll Do:

Lead and oversee rehabilitation services to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes for residents Manage and support a team of rehabilitation professionals through coaching, mentoring, and performance development Coordinate staffing, caseload distribution, and daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery Partner with clinical staff to assess resident needs and ensure appropriate care plans are implemented Develop and deliver training programs that promote professional growth and clinical excellence Monitor program performance, analyze outcomes, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives Manage departmental resources, budgets, and equipment to maximize efficiency and support resident care Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, ethical, and organizational standards

What You'll Need:

Required:

Graduate of accredited Therapy Program Current and active Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist license in New Jersey 3-5 years of related experience Benefits Available to
