• About the

Job:

• Performs all diagnostic EKG procedures and holter applications. Performs all duties related to record transcription and record delivery to proper areas.

• What You'll Do:

• Requirements:

• + Actively demonstrates the organization's mission and core values, and conducts oneself at all times in a manner consistent with these values.

+ Knows and adheres to all laws and regulations pertaining to patient health, safety and medical information. + Performs EKG's in a timely and efficient manner. + Demonstrates age specific competencies. + Uses a magnet for pacemaker detection. + Obtains necessary data and orders for patient testing. + Maintains skills to recognize abnormalities in EKG tracings and reports critical abnormalities to physician. + Applies holter monitor using proper skin preparation technique. Transcribes all interpretation of EKG's and holters. + Cleans all equipment utilizing proper infection control and safety measures routinely.

Education:

• High School Graduate. +

• Licensure:

• CPR certified.

• Experience:

• One year's experience in allied health profession preferred. Computer experience preferred.
