We are dedicated to ensuring the well-being and comfort of our flight crew members and their patients. We are currently seeking a responsible and qualified individual to join our team as an Air Crew Transport (ACT) Unit Operator.
Job Description:
As an ACT Unit Operator at AeroLYFT, you will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient transport of our flight crew members to and from their destination.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Safely operate our ACTs to pick up and drop off flight crew members, their patients and their families. 2. Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle at all times. 3. Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations, with a focus on safe, steady, and comfortable driving. 4. Obtain and maintain a Miami-Dade Chauffeur's License and possess a valid Florida Driver's License. 5. Possess a valid BLS/CPR (Basic Life Support/CPR) certification. 6. Previous commercial vehicle driving experience is a plus, emergency vehicle driving preferred. 7. Be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. On Call. 8. Ability to lift and carry at least 100 pounds. 9. Display professionalism and empathy when interacting with sick and injured individuals.
Requirements:
•Must be at least 25 years of age•Preference will be given to current EMT's/Paramedics/previous flight crew members applying for this position.
