Job Description

Job Details Become a Mobile Care Professional with Provado Mobile Health Location Requirement Must live in Acton, Biddeford, Kennebunk, Lebanon, Sanford, Springvale, North Berwick, or Wells Schedule / Availability Monday-Friday Availability window starting as early as 6:30 AM or 7:00 AM for a 8-hour window. Job Details Steady, pre-scheduled, recurring medical appointments Mostly long and short distance trips, some short. No on-demand work Vehicle Requirements Fuel-efficient vehicle with a good MPG rating No vans or gas guzzlers Pay & Contractor Status 1099 Independent Contractor Drivers earn between $100.00 to $250.00 per day, depending on member loaded miles. Earnings discussed and emailed during a phone screen. Paid weekly via direct deposit Consistent routes, predictable income, and weekday availability.
General Preliminary Requirements:
Be 21 years of age or older. Have held a driver's license for at least 2 years. Be a registered owner of a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle (or larger) in good cosmetic and operating condition. Have a clean Criminal Background History free of felonies and violent or sexual crimes (past 7 years). Have a good Driving Record - No more than two moving violations or at fault accidents in previous three (3) years, No DUI / DWI or suspensions in the past five (5) years.
Network Onboarding Requirements:
21+ years old; valid driver's license for 2+ years Own a clean mid-size 4-door vehicle (or larger) in good condition Clean background : no felonies or violent/sexual crimes in last 7 years Good driving record Own an Android or iOS smartphone (or willing to obtain) CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to complete) Complete CTAA PASS and NSC Driver Safety online training (2-3 hrs each; provided)
