These are people who have no other way to get there. When you show up on time and treat them with dignity, you're not just driving. You're the reason they make their appointment. That matters. Early Starts:

Shifts begin as early as 4:30-6:00 AM

Daily Cadence:

4-8 ambulatory trips per day, requiring excellent time management between drop-offs and pick-ups.

Strict Time Discipline:

Strict pick-up windows (delays have real consequences for patients)

Digital Execution:

Real-time trip documentation required via our driver app

Operational Availability:

• Valid driver's license + clean DMV record (no more than 1 minor violation in 3 years)
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Required safety certifications must be current and maintained
• Smartphone with data plan for trip management
• Professional conduct with all passengers. No exceptions! ===================== Compensation ===================== Pay is variable based on trip volume, availability, and consistency.
• Average driver earnings: $25,000 / year
• Top-performing driver earnings: $60,000 / year Drivers who maximize availability, maintain reliability scores, and take on consistent weekly routes reach the higher end of this range.

Are you prepared to take full operational custody of an assigned company Vehicle—including securing it overnight at your primary residence—with the absolute understanding that it is strictly for authorized company use only and may never be driven for personal purposes? Are you aware that prior to operating any fleet Vehicle, you must successfully pass a mandatory DOT physical examination and a comprehensive drug screening, and are you prepared to cover these initial state compliance and screening costs? Are you prepared to take the personal initiative required to complete our compliance and training pipeline efficiently, with the understanding that proactive candidates typically finalize all requirements within one week while the standard window averages three weeks? Are you prepared to maintain flexible availability for Saturday operations, with the understanding that weekend routes are managed through an equitable, rotating schedule shared among all drivers within the regional network? Do you currently maintain a valid personal auto insurance policy, and are you prepared to provide formal proof of coverage to satisfy our commercial fleet risk management and compliance standards? Do you possess a reliable, up-to-date smartphone and the technical proficiency required to continuously operate real-time dispatch applications, ensuring consistent data connectivity and seamless communication with the operations hub throughout your shift?
