HealthSource Chiropractic of Spanish Fort is looking for a full-time Rehab/Exercise Specialist to join our brand new clinic! We have six highly successful clinic locations in the Greater Gulf Coast area, once in North Baldwin County. We are seeking an energetic, motivated Therapist to become an integral part of our team! This is an in clinic position for a Rehab/Piezowave Therapist who wants to make a difference in a patient's health! Our focus is on patient care, satisfaction and education which we work to accomplish through our affirmations to our patients each day. We deliver the highest quality of therapy and wellness services and offer every patient a personalized treatment plan to meet their individual needs. The right candidate should be enthusiastic, high energy and enjoys fast-paced, high volume office environments.

Therapist Requirements and Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing, team oriented and patient focused
• Working knowledge of the human anatomy/muscle knowledge
• Excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience and/or a degree in Exercise Science/Personal Training or Massage Therapy are highly desired
• Experience with therapies such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation is a plus
• X-ray certification and any billing/front desk experience are a plus
• Willingness to cross train

Therapist Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review patient's treatment history
• Work with doctors to evaluate the patient's musculoskeletal system to locate problem areas
• Work with other team members to keep the clinics clean and ready for patient care
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment & rooms
• Assist/direct patients during treatment visits
• Maintain accurate patient records/Enter patient information into electronic health records system
• Answer telephones and schedule appointments as needed Salary is based on experience and we offer a performance-based quarterly bonus structure.
