Credence has an upcoming need for an Exercise/Wargame Planning and Assessment Specialist to support the U.S. Space Force S4S S7 Force Development Directorate at Vandenberg SFB, California. The specialist will plan, execute, and assess exercises and wargames across the Joint Exercise Life Cycle; develop readiness assessments, lessons learned, and commander decision products; support JMETL, DRRS, and Training Guidance; and coordinate with the Department of Defense, allies, and mission partners. Responsibilities Conduct S4S operational staff assessments for exercises and real-world situations, plans, and operations. Develop Commander assessments using objectives, effects, tasks, measures of effectiveness, measures of performance, and indicators. Plan and support S4S-led and supported exercises and wargames through all Joint Exercise Life Cycle phases: design, planning, preparation, execution, and analysis/evaluation/report. Synchronize exercise, wargame, and assessment activities with DoD organizations, Allies, and Mission Partners. Participate in JELC conferences, in-progress reviews, execution events, Exercise Control Groups, and White Cells. Support and refine the S4S Joint Mission Essential Task List and Defense Readiness Reporting System assessments using readiness tools, lessons learned, objectives, and requirements. Conduct continuous assessments and lessons learned; contribute to the Commander's unit-readiness assessment and develop and implement S4S Training Guidance. Support annual exercise and wargame requirements, including one Tier 1 and two Tier 2 exercises with full participation, planning support for up to seven additional Tier 2 exercises, and up to eight wargames. Attend O&I updates, working groups, and operational planning teams; travel CONUS or OCONUS and work weekends, extended hours, or nonstandard shifts as mission needs require.
