Job Description

Most jobs for exercise professionals put you on a gym floor or behind a front desk. This one puts you in the treatment room. You'll carry patients from start to finish: Bring patients to the treatment rook and find out what's bothering them today Brief the doctor before they walk in Work hands-on — soft tissue, corrective exercise, loading progressions, return-to-activity coaching Reinforce the plan the doctor establishes You'll help our doctors examine, treat, and manage patients more efficiently — which means you're part of how care actually gets delivered here, not support staff who tidy up around it. Qualified candidates include but are not limited to exercise physiologists, athletic trainers, physical therapy assistants, kinesiology and exercise science graduates, strength coaches, and personal trainers with a serious interest in clinical work. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Primary responsibilities Rooming patients and gathering the subjective for the doctor Checking in on ADLs, home exercise compliance, and functional progress Reviewing and demonstrating home exercise programs Taking patients through in-clinic exercise programs using our GRS (Global Reset Strategy) system Delivering extracorporeal shockwave therapy under clinician supervision — we'll train you Soft tissue and passive therapies (IASTM, cupping, KTape, BFR, PNF) Assisting the doctors with manual therapy Supporting movement screening and functional testing Adapting the schedule to patient flow, volume, and when the doctors are running behind Communicating clearly with the clinical team throughout the day Facilitating allied health referrals Secondary responsibilities Backing up the front desk with check-in and check-out during busy stretches Helping with scheduling Stocking and maintaining treatment supplies Keeping the clinical space clean and ready What we invest in you Paid GRIP Approach certification — the movement-based clinical framework our founder developed and teaches nationally.
