Conduct exercise classes, including but not limited to strength training, balance exercises, aerobics, aqua aerobicsProvide individual guidance and support to residents to ensure proper form, safety, and motivation during classes and exercise sessions for all residents.
QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, or a related field, or credit hours toward a degree preferred.
Relevant certifications or specialized training in senior fitness is preferred.
