Job Description

The Community Fitness Specialist will lead and coordinate individuals or groups in specified activities including but not limited to personal training, sports performance training, baseball programs, group exercise classes and fitness center orientations.

Qualifications:

Must possess excellent knowledge in areas of health and fitness. Bachelor's Degree in kinesiology, exercise science or closely related field. Personal training certificate is preferred. Strong communication and human relation skills. Ability to effectively motivate and encourage a diverse population. Ability to be a sensitive, patient and conscientious leader.
