Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Lead behavior therapist, with a bachelors in a related field, and experience with working with kids to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis or related field and a passion for working with individuals with disabilities. The lead will collaborate with families, consultants, and line therapist to ensure effective support and progress monitoring. Experience Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly children. Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices. Familiarity with medical documentation processes and requirements. Self starter Data graphing Able to play on a child's level Join us in making a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve through compassionate care and expert analysis.
