Full Job Description Duties:

Provide therapy services to individuals with special education needs, including those with autism, behavior issues, and chronic pain.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as dance therapy, art therapy, and counseling.
Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Stay updated on current research and best practices in therapy.

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License
Experience working with individuals with special education needs, particularly autism.
Knowledge of clinical research methodologies and data collection techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with coding and documentation requirements for therapy services.
