Family Service Agency of Burbank is a private, non-profit, counseling, and education center which has been a part of the community for 67 years seeking to add to our passionate, innovative, caring, professional staff. We provide counseling, education, advocacy, and prevention services with the mission of assisting clients to achieve a healthy, happy, meaningful life. We have a paid internship for Marriage and Family Therapist Associates who have experience working with the special needs population. Therapist will be providing quality therapeutic services to students with IEPs who have a social emotional goal. This is a Masters Level Associate position for those looking to earn hours toward licensure. The clinician can expect a full load of clients, based on their ability to provide quality services and their time availability. Minimum hours would be 25 per week. Clinicians will be required to attend weekly group supervision. Must give 1 year commitment and have MFT associate number.
