As a Family Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing counseling and support to individuals, couples, and families experiencing various challenges. Your expertise in addiction counseling, family counseling, and mental health counseling will be essential in helping clients navigate their unique situations. ```Duties```
Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
Provide addiction counseling to individuals and families affected by substance abuse
Offer mental health counseling to individuals with emotional or behavioral issues
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Utilize case management skills to coordinate services and resources for clients
Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment outcomes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using medical terminology and coding (ICD-10) ```Skills```
Strong knowledge of addiction counseling principles and techniques
Proficiency in family counseling approaches
