Associate Marriage & Family Therapist — Private Practice Track Job Summary We are seeking an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist who wants to develop into a highly skilled psychotherapist and eventually build a successful private practice. This position is designed for an associate who is serious about long-term clinical growth. In addition to providing psychotherapy, you will receive supervision focused on developing strong clinical judgment, deepening your therapeutic skills, building confidence as a clinician, and learning how to establish and grow an independent psychotherapy practice. This is not a high-volume agency position. The goal is to help you develop the clinical and professional skills needed to become an effective, thoughtful, and independent therapist. Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Participate actively in individual and group supervision. Develop clinical judgment, case conceptualization, and therapeutic presence. Build and maintain a consistent caseload. Provide in-person and telehealth sessions. Follow all legal, ethical, and professional standards. Openness to feedback, supervision, and ongoing professional development. Ability to work independently while remaining engaged in consultation and supervision. Commitment to providing thoughtful, ethical, and client-centered psychotherapy. What You Will Learn How to conduct high-quality psychotherapy.
