We are a collective of Sonoma County therapists in the town of Sebastopol, California. With a strong foundation in clinical practice spanning hospital experience, non profit and community mental health experience, and years of in depth training, we are looking to support and guide associate therapists on their journey towards licensure. Serving individuals in Sebastopol and the state of California virtually Practice working with a variety of individuals, couples and families with different mental health issues Focus on all populations with issues specific to: Anxiety, Depression, life transitions, Grief, OCD, Trauma and Mood disorders Strong theoretical approach in: IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatics, Integrative & Holistic Mental Health, and Trauma Focused services Strong focus on client centered and holistic treatment practices Working with adults, couples, teens, adolescents, children and families

Qualifications:

Masters in: Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field in counseling Must have Associate Number from BBS (Associate Clinical Social Worker ACSW, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist AMFT, or Professional Clinical Counselor APCC) Must be willing to work in Sebastopol and work mostly in-person Must be a motivated learner who receives direct feedback well and desires to improve and grow clinical skills Must be open to training in a specific evidence based modality Must be open to working with people of all backgrounds and belief systems 1 or more years experience in private practice, clinics, hospitals or other mental health environments a strong plus Trained or training in a trauma modality a strong plus Ability to market yourself and self promote a plus Must be confident with a strong sense of self Must be adaptable and open to working with all populations Basic case formulation ability and clinical skills necessary Basic documentation skills necessary Must be open minded with a strong desire to learn various modalities and clinical approaches Familiarity with basic diagnostic knowledge necessary
