minimum of two years experience providing behavioral health therapy to individuals, families and groups preferred. Experienced working with a variety of populations. Background check required Responsibilities Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, create individualized treatment plans and reviews, complete daily documentation and discharge summaries. Communicate professionally by phone, email and in writing and follow through in a timely manner with referral sources and involved parties with the care of clients. Provide group, individual, family and couples therapy. Document services through our Electronic Medical Record software. Maintain a positive and solution focused attitude and approach to problems and challenges both within the team and with clients. Preserve confidentiality without fail and uphold the highest level of professionalism and respect to both team members and clients.
