August 20, 2026 About the Role Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) to work with children and youth who have behavioral and/or mental health diagnoses, including some who may be at risk of removal from their home. In this role, you will provide direct, skill-based interventions to support behavioral stabilization, family functioning, and treatment plan goals. You will meet with clients weekly in their homes and communities and provide parent skill training to support long-term success. While this role works independently in the field, you will receive consistent support and supervision from a Clinician who serves as the treatment team lead. This position offers flexibility, meaningful client relationships, and strong clinical support within a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities
Provide direct behavioral health services to children and youth ages 0-21
Work with families to address behavioral and mental health treatment goals
Deliver services in home and community settings
Provide parent skill training and education
Support clients at risk of out-of-home placement
Collaborate with the assigned Clinician and treatment team
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any field or
DSP Certification or
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in social, behavioral, or health services or
Sixty (60) credit hours in a social, behavioral, or health services-related field or
Ninety (90) credit hours in any field
Ability to work independently while following treatment team guidance
Valid Driver's License and active automobile insurance Compensation & Benefits Full-Time Employees
