Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment strategies Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions utilizing techniques to address specific client concerns Support clients in exploring their emotions and experiences through creative modalities to enhance self-awareness and healing Educate clients on coping skills, resilience-building, and strategies for managing symptoms of mental health conditions Maintain detailed documentation of progress, session notes, and work through treatment plans developed by the supervising clinician in compliance with confidentiality standards Stay informed about current best practices in mental health care and participate in ongoing professional development Qualifications Bachelor's or in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from varied backgrounds Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team dedicated to client-centered care Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a meaningful difference!
