Responsibilities Deliver applied behavior analysis therapy to children and individuals with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders, following established treatment plans. Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress to inform ongoing treatment strategies. Conduct behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention plans. Support intake processes by gathering comprehensive medical documentation, patient histories, and conducting initial assessments. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide training on behavioral strategies. Assist in developing individualized education plans (IEPs) for clients receiving special education services. Skills Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and patient assessment procedures. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of medical records and patient information. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families. Ability to perform behavioral health interventions with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Experience supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders through diagnostic evaluation and autism spectrum disorder support strategies. Pay:
$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
