Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide direct support and behavioral health services to clients
Implement intervention strategies as instructed by the supervising Behavior Analyst
Collect data to track client progress and inform treatment planning
Work with children and adolescents to address behavioral issues and promote positive change
Communicate progress updates to the supervising Behavior Analyst regularly
Reliably attend sessions to ensure the consistency of service delivery

Skills:

Experience working with children and/or adolescents
Professional communication skills with both staff and caregivers
The ability to work in a team environment that emphasizes transparency, support and collective growth
