Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, team-oriented, and self-motivated Mental Health Therapists to join our growing team and group practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various therapeutic techniques, a desire to learn and grow personally and professionally, an optimistic outlook, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality mental health care with a rural, individualized, grassroots approach. This role involves working with diverse populations, including children, families, and individuals facing various mental health challenges. The therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, making referrals to appropriate community resources, and providing individual therapy in an outpatient setting. Opportunities for providing therapy services onsite at local nursing homes and assisted livings in Central Nebraska if desired. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Provide psychotherapy services utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and crisis intervention. Facilitate individual therapy sessions, addressing issues a variety of mental health concerns. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in case management activities to coordinate care with other healthcare professionals. Utilize telehealth platform for remote therapy sessions when necessary. Requirements Valid licensure as a mental health professional (PLMHP, LMHP, LCSW, LIMHP, or LISCW) is required. Strong skills in crisis management and behavior management techniques. Experience in outpatient clinic settings is a plus. Proficiency in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans. Ability to provide culturally competent care that respects diverse backgrounds including gender issues counseling.
Pay:
$50.00 - $160.00 per hour
