Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Job Description

Compass of Hope is seeking a licensed (or license eligible) therapist that is driven, professional, dedicated to patient outcomes, learning and supporting the agency goals. In this role, you'll provide evidence based therapy services within your scope of practice. Join our dynamic mental health team of psychologists, nurse practitioners and therapists as an outpatient mental health therapist and have the opportunity to collaborate with our multidisciplinary team on a weekly basis. This is a full time 40 hour per week position in the office with opportunities fo to growth and professional development. Responsibilities Deliver culturally responsive and trauma informed care Complete psychological evaluations, direct therapy sessions and clinical services 65% of time to meet utilization expectations Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies Attend weekly team consultation meetings and receive 60 minutes of supervision weekly Function professionally and in a manner that protects the integrity, confidentiality and rights of all clients Documentation & Compliance Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with Compass of Hope policies and regulatory requirements Complete all required notes, treatment plans, and administrative documentation within established timelines Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards governing clinical practice Supervision & Professional Development Participate in assigned clinical supervision and consultation as required Actively engage in feedback, professional growth, and skill development Escalate clinical concerns appropriately through established supervisory channels Requirements Valid NH License (
Example:
PhD, PsyD, LICSW, LMFT, LCMHC or MLADC) or ability to be licensed with a masters degree in CMHC, SW or MFT. Willingness to obtain license in MA and ME Ability to manage time effectively, work independently while also be apart of a team Commitment to ongoing professional growth, ethics, and clinical excellence Compensation, Benefits & Professional Support Total compensation package averages $70,000-$100,000 annually, depending on licensure level, experience, and role structure Clinical supervision provided as part of employment immediately Health, dental, and vision insurance Short-term disability (STD) and life insurance Two (2) weeks of paid time off (PTO) Seven (7) paid holidays Twenty-four (24) hours annually of paid professional development time for trainings and CEU opportunities required for license renewal
