It Takes A Family (ITAF) is seeking licensed mental health professionals to provide Intensive In-Community (IIC) therapy to children, adolescents, and families throughout Gloucester, Cumberland, and Salem Counties in South Jersey. Whether you're looking to supplement your current position, build additional clinical experience, or earn extra income, you decide when and where you work. Compensation $70/hour - LSW, LAC, LAMFT Earn an additional $2,800-$4,200+ per month based on your availability and caseload Paid for face-to-face clinical sessions Why Join ITAF? Flexible schedule that fits around your current job or private practice Choose the counties you want to serve Accept only the referrals that fit your schedule and travel preferences Build your caseload at your own pace No office hours required Meaningful long-term work with children and families Minimum of two clinical hours per week per case to support continuity of care Collaborative and supportive clinical leadership Free clinical supervision toward independent licensure for clinicians maintaining 20+ IIC hours per week Responsibilities Provide intensive in-home and community-based therapy services to children, adolescents, and families Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with families, schools, community providers, and treatment team members Utilize evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve treatment goals Participate in supervision and team meetings as required Qualifications Active New Jersey LSW, LAC, LAMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently while remaining part of a collaborative clinical team Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your selected service area Schedule Contract (1099) Flexible scheduling Primarily afternoons, evenings, and weekends Work 5-15+ billable hours per week Work from your home area by selecting the counties you wish to serve Benefits Flexible schedule Professional development opportunities Free clinical supervision (eligible clinicians) Supportive clinical team Referral flexibility
