Type:

full-time Counseling Support Services, LLC is seeking Intensive In-Community Therapists (IICs) to join our clinical team and provide behavioral and mental health services to children, adolescents, and families throughout New Jersey. As an Intensive In-Community Therapist, you will provide individualized therapeutic services in the family's home and other approved community settings. This position is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, collaborative care, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of youth and families.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents ages 5-21. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and identify behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions and crisis intervention when appropriate. Support transition and discharge planning. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with youth, families, and other members of the care team. Help clients develop emotional regulation, healthy coping, communication, conflict-resolution, stress-management, and behavioral skills. Provide trauma-informed and family-centered support.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related Human Services field Active New Jersey professional license, such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT Professional liability insurance Valid driver's license Reliable transportation and applicable vehicle insurance Successful criminal background check
