Job Description

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Manalapan to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism. In this child-centered, collaborative environment, you will implement individualized treatment plans, collect accurate data, and support skill development in home and community settings under BCBA supervision. You'll partner closely with families, receive ongoing training and feedback, and grow professionally while helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills in a mission-driven clinical setting focused on quality care. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies Record accurate session data and progress notes in a timely manner Support families with carryover strategies and skill-building at home Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and staff in a team-based setting Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and performance feedback Maintain client safety, professionalism, and adherence to ethical guidelines Assist with generalization of skills across home, school, and community settings Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Data collection and progress note documentation Behavior intervention plan implementation Discrete trial training (DTT) Natural environment teaching (NET) Reinforcement and prompting strategies Crisis prevention and de-escalation basics Collaboration with BCBAs and clinical teams Basic computer and electronic health record use CPR/First Aid knowledge
