Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist who is fluent in Spanish to join our compassionate team. In this role, you will provide high-quality behavioral therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disabilities. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster meaningful progress in clients' development, supporting their growth in a nurturing, home-based environment. Duties Implement individualized ABA therapy protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as dressing, grooming, and hygiene routines, fostering independence Collect and record accurate behavioral data during sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment plans Support clients in educational settings by applying special education strategies and behavior management techniques Communicate effectively with clients' families and caregivers in Spanish to ensure understanding of therapy goals and progress updates Maintain detailed medical documentation, client records, and adherence to HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and compliance Collaborate with team members to develop, review, and update care plans tailored to each individual's needs Skills Fluent in Spanish with excellent client communication skills in both English and Spanish Experience working with children, especially those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disabilities Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management, and implementing ABA therapy protocols Familiarity with assisting clients with ADLs and supporting behavioral health goals Ability to collect behavioral data accurately and analyze trends over time for treatment adjustments Understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards Previous home-based behavioral experience or school experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable Strong teaching skills combined with patience, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions Join us in making a difference!
