In this role, you'll provide one on one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in Cedar Knolls, East Hanover, and surrounding Morris County communities. This is a part time, after school position with consistent weekday afternoon and evening hours. You'll receive ongoing guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your skills in the field of ABA. Whether you're already working in ABA or have experience with children in education, childcare, behavioral health, or human services, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Provide one on one ABA therapy in clients' homes Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA Teach communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs Collect data during therapy sessions using electronic systems Communicate with your supervising BCBA regarding client progress Help children develop independence and reach meaningful goals Why Join One Step Forward?
